Job Summary
Supporting Field Account Executives in managing and growing an assigned portfolio of accounts, the full-time Account Manager will enhance client relationships, identify revenue opportunities, and develop essential sales skills in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AEs in executing strategic account plans and prepare materials for business reviews
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while conducting preliminary discovery conversations
- Maintain regular communication with clients and assist in executing Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a quota-carrying sales career
- Early signs of CRM discipline and comfort in a metrics-driven environment
- Genuine excitement about commission and earning potential in a sales role
- Coachable and self-aware, able to take and act on feedback quickly
