Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time remote Account Manager will focus on increasing product adoption, driving customer engagement, and achieving revenue targets through upselling and expansion within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Increase product adoption and improve customer experience through gross renewals and net retention initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities within the customer base to meet revenue targets and reduce churn
  • Conduct strategic quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and building strategic customer engagement plans
  • Experience with both high-touch and digital-first account management models
  • Data-driven approach to process design and work execution
  • Comfort with SQL is a plus
