Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing and growing a defined portfolio of Rural Local Exchange Carrier (RLEC) accounts, the full-time Account Manager will focus on consultative selling and account expansion while working remotely with occasional collaboration in designated hub locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of RLEC/carrier accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer needs and align solutions
• Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in account management or sales
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic account plans
• Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools
• Experience selling to operators, service providers, or rural telcos
