Job Summary

Cooperating with major e-commerce brands in Mexico, the remote Account Manager will manage customer communications, ensure premium service, and support the success of larger accounts through effective ad campaign launches.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with top clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Execute customer communications through various channels, addressing inquiries and requests professionally and promptly
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist clients in launching and optimizing ad campaigns

Required qualifications

• Experience managing online advertising campaigns, preferably within adtech or agencies
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen interest in performance and digital marketing
• Proficiency in customer support tools and processes
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• A positive attitude with a high level of motivation and willingness to learn
