Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing client programs and projects remotely, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring successful execution from kickoff through completion while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent programs
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, execution timelines, and monitor project health
• Facilitate clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, managing risks and operational escalations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Services
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and operational workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification is a plus
