Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing client engagements remotely, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison, build strong client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through proposal development and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for client engagements while maintaining strong client relationships
• Coordinate project requirements and manage internal project work plans to ensure quality and compliance
• Lead business development activities, including upselling opportunities and sales presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
• 7-9 years of prior supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated financial and business management experience required
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and experience with state government required
• Experience in long-term care and disability services is a plus
