Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of core clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will define and execute strategies for client campaigns, engage with sales and client success teams, and drive campaign performance to meet KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies that inspire clients and Influenster Community Members
- Manage and drive a portfolio of campaigns from initiation to close, ensuring timelines and milestones are maintained
- Facilitate client workshops, presenting service offerings and managing expectations with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Account Management client-facing experience
- Proven track record of working effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong client focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full authorization to work in the USA
