Account Manager
Job Summary
Building and executing an Account Management process from scratch, the full-time remote Account Manager will engage with small and medium-sized customers to enhance customer success, drive revenue operations, and support financial health.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and document the current state of customers and design outreach cadences for non-contracted advertisers
- Execute advertiser outreach, securing payment and resolving disputes through direct communication
- Analyze customer behavior to identify expansion opportunities and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Account Management, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations
- Experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with data and dashboards for KPI tracking
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to build processes from the ground up
