Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Account Manager will deliver exceptional service through effective project management, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget while collaborating closely with internal teams in a remote work environment.

• Manage and execute projects in coordination with strategy leads, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Oversee project setup and timeline management while facilitating communication among account teams and clients
• Foster collaboration and accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of professional experience in account management or agency project management
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
• Proven success in managing workflows for internal teams and budgets
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations is preferred
