Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities across the agent and broker landscape to contribute to pipeline growth and revenue targets
• Build and strengthen relationships with agency leaders and industry partners to enhance market visibility
• Translate partner needs into actionable insights for service development and product enhancement

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in P&C insurance, agency operations, distribution management, or business development
• Experience working with independent agents, brokers, or insurance technology platforms is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of agency workflows and distribution challenges
• Familiarity with industry technology trends such as AI, automation, CRM, and AMS
