Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - Account Manager - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops account plans and strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
• Analyzes client data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, coordinating contract renewals and facilitating issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in healthcare or a related field
• Experience with IT interfaces and data, including VPN, sFTP, HL7, and various file formats
• Experience with 340B services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
