Key Responsibilities

• Drive artist onboarding by prospecting and closing partnerships with artist teams
• Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance platform adoption and tool integration
• Manage sales pipeline and report on activity, ensuring targets for artist sign-ups and tool activation are met

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a results-driven role within the music/tech industry
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Copper
• Strong understanding of the live music ecosystem and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to demonstrate ROI to partners
