Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager Assistant to support the Operations Team with administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act Team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of the team
  • Assist in maintaining client information and preparing meeting materials
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or customer support roles
  • General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes
  • Basic understanding of CMS regulations regarding Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act
  • High School Diploma or GED required
