Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager Assistant to support the Operations Team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act Team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of the team
- Assist in maintaining client information and preparing meeting materials
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or customer support roles
- General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes
- Basic understanding of CMS regulations regarding Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act
- High School Diploma or GED required
