Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients across the real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own renewals and expansion across a defined book of ~ 50-70 strategic accounts, meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets
  • Execute account plans that align the platform with client business objectives and portfolio performance
  • Build and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders and lead regular meetings to align on next steps
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles with revenue responsibility
  • Experience in commercial real estate and a proven ability to drive growth
  • Resourcefulness and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and other reporting/analytics tools
