Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, optimizing their Grubhub presence and enhancing menu pages
• Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assist in addressing inquiries and account issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience along with a High School degree/GED
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with restaurant owners or in the restaurant industry
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, Google products, and familiarity with CRM software preferred
