Job Summary

Account Manager - Capital Markets, a full-time position focused on managing client relationships and delivering professional services in the capital markets industry, including API testing and trading system validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as the primary point of contact
• Manage the lifecycle of service engagements from client discussions to project delivery oversight
• Participate in pre-sales activities and collaborate with internal teams on proposals and contract discussions

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in account management or professional services delivery within financial technology or capital markets
• Proven experience working with exchanges, banks, or brokers in capital markets
• Familiarity with electronic trading environments and APIs
• Experience coordinating delivery of professional services engagements involving QA or system integration teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
