Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager I, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and track service performance
  • Participate in client meetings to review service performance and assist in resolving escalated issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or client services; experience in HR services is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel as needed
