Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute Account/Customer plans aligned with marketing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and manage customer relationships
• Negotiate contracts and execute pricing actions while monitoring sales performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field
• Experience in the paints and coatings industry, preferably in Steel/Metal/Roll former sectors
• Understanding of cross-functional processes and financial concepts related to sales
• Proficient in computer and presentation skills
