Job Summary
Leading customer migration and adoption efforts for organizations transitioning from legacy platforms to CoCounsel Tax, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage end-to-end migrations, conduct readiness planning, and support sales and customer conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer migrations from legacy platforms to CoCounsel Tax, collaborating with various internal teams
- Conduct migration discovery and readiness planning, including workflow assessments and timeline planning
- Create and maintain migration and adoption artifacts, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the migration lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Technical Account Management
- Demonstrated experience supporting platform migrations or customer adoption programs
- Strong ability to translate customer workflows into practical requirements and action plans
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across various teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear materials for diverse audiences
