Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Commercial (East).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales or SaaS environment
  • Account management/sales experience in an enterprise environment, preferably in Content Management or Digital Asset Management technologies
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
