Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Commercial (East).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software sales or SaaS environment
- Account management/sales experience in an enterprise environment, preferably in Content Management or Digital Asset Management technologies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
