Job Summary

Managing and growing relationships with existing customers, the full-time Account Manager, Commercial will serve as a trusted advisor, driving expansion opportunities and ensuring success with Sitecore's solutions while working in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales or a SaaS environment
  • Account management/sales experience in an enterprise environment, preferably with Content Management or Customer Experience technologies
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts and the digital landscape
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
