Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Producer Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high degree of technical competence and industry/market expertise
• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow assigned to administrative, customer service, and/or account management team
• Manage policy expirations for existing clients and ensure appropriate actions are taken for renewals

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years related experience in the insurance industry
• All required active licensing
• At least one professional designation preferred, such as CIC or equivalent
• PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office products
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
