Key Responsibilities

• Act as the operational support for Sales Executives, managing quotes and account updates
• Coordinate server provisioning, migrations, and upgrades to ensure successful deployments
• Handle billing plans and account maintenance, serving as the first point of contact for invoice queries

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Support
• Previous exposure to the tech industry, particularly cloud, hosting, or SaaS environments
• Proficiency in using CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of servers, cloud environments, or networking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
