Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Contact Center).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing consultative support and strategic partnership
- Manage customer service teams and oversee daily operations to meet program objectives and service levels
- Deliver actionable reporting and analysis while coaching and motivating team members to achieve account goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience in the contact center industry, particularly in consumer packaged goods or healthcare
- Strong understanding of contact center environments and experience with telephony software and CRM systems
- Demonstrated success in account management and customer service management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for consumer packaged goods and crisis management
