Job Summary
As a strategic leader, the full-time Account Manager - Creator Affiliate will manage customer relationships and drive the success of full-funnel creator marketing programs, focusing on measurable business outcomes while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and nurture relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor from onboarding through renewal and growth
- Develop and execute creator marketing strategies aligned with customer business goals and KPIs across various marketing stages
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or related digital marketing disciplines
- Demonstrated experience managing performance-driven creator programs with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Previous agency, SaaS, or account management experience preferred, with a proven ability to act as a strategic consultant
