Job Summary

To enhance market share and build client relationships, the remote Account Manager - CRL will manage existing accounts, pursue new service opportunities, and collaborate with industry talent to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform market development and competitive analysis to enhance market share
  • Prepare proposals and statements of work (SOWs) while identifying opportunities within client organizations
  • Maintain healthy client relationships and support contract negotiations from a business perspective
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, with consideration for relevant experience in lieu of education
  • 11+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management within the BPM industry
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and experience in selling BPM services to CRL clients
  • Ability to create business cases and perform financial analysis
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with strong initiative
