Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-implementation client relationships and ensure product adoption and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account upgrades and cross-sells through data analysis and relationship mapping
- Monitor account health and implement proactive recovery plans for at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management
- Direct experience managing SMB and Mid-Market client portfolios
- Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships across various stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and customer trends
