Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-implementation client relationships and ensure product adoption and retention

  • Monitor account health and implement proactive recovery plans for at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management
  • Direct experience managing SMB and Mid-Market client portfolios
  • Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships across various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and customer trends
