Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Customer Success - (Retention & Renewals).
Key Responsibilities
- Own retention and renewal outcomes for a defined portfolio of higher education clients
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and lead structured account planning
- Identify and advance expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities aligned to client needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated experience owning renewals and retention, including renewal planning
- Experience managing annual and multi-year contracts strongly preferred
- Experience supporting higher education or similarly complex, relationship-driven customers preferred
- Highly organized and proactive, accountable for outcomes
