Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Customer Success - (Retention & Renewals).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own retention and renewal outcomes for a defined portfolio of higher education clients
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and lead structured account planning
  • Identify and advance expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities aligned to client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning renewals and retention, including renewal planning
  • Experience managing annual and multi-year contracts strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting higher education or similarly complex, relationship-driven customers preferred
  • Highly organized and proactive, accountable for outcomes
