Job Summary
Proactively managing client communication and onboarding, the full-time Account Manager - Customer Success will handle CRM updates, sales support, and day-to-day account coordination in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and build strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations
- Track client activity, follow-ups, and account updates in CRM
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales support
