Job Summary
Owning and growing a portfolio of high-value Business accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager - Customer Success will focus on reducing churn, driving upgrades, and ensuring customers consistently see ROI from the platform while building strong relationships with sales teams and agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new Business accounts and ensure fast time-to-value through check-ins
- Reduce churn by implementing health scoring, retention calls, and at-risk flagging
- Upgrade startup accounts and convert monthly subscriptions to yearly through proactive outreach
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
- Understanding of business funnels, sales cycles, and revenue metrics
- Proven ability to reduce churn and drive product adoption
- Experience with sales tech, CRM, or lead generation tools
- Background working with high-ticket sales teams, agencies, or coaching businesses
