Job Summary

Account Manager - DME, is a full-time position responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting account growth through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted partnerships with stakeholders to maintain account stability and performance standards
  • Coordinate DME Navigator implementation and track deliverables while escalating risks as needed
  • Monitor account health using performance data and collaborate with clients to meet operational needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare account management or client-facing roles
  • Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and exposure to implementation initiatives is preferred
  • Strong business acumen to support account performance and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms is a plus
