Job Summary

Driving revenue retention and expansion across a defined portfolio of provider accounts, the full-time Account Manager, East will manage relationships, execute growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service quality in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own a defined portfolio of active provider accounts, ensuring service quality and personalized engagement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for revenue growth and retention, monitoring account health and performance
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve service issues and align operational execution with account needs
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or a related healthcare role
  • Experience with compounding pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or related therapeutic areas
  • Strong clinical fluency to engage effectively with healthcare providers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, for data management and performance optimization
