Account Manager - Emerging Threats

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OEM Account Manager for Emerging Threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts utilizing Emerging Threats products
• Proactively handle contract renewals to achieve over 95% retention rates
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in Cybersecurity or technical SaaS
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion quotas
• Technical knowledge of Threat Intelligence, IDS/IPS, and firewall integrations
• Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels
