Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager I - Enterprise to drive revenue growth within a designated book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within an assigned customer base
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain account forecasting and ensure customer satisfaction aligned with retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software sales experience, preferably in Human Capital Management
- Documented success in driving revenue growth across an existing customer base
- Experience selling to C-level executives, particularly CHROs
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
