Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager I - Enterprise to drive revenue growth within a designated book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within an assigned customer base
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Maintain account forecasting and ensure customer satisfaction aligned with retention strategies

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software sales experience, preferably in Human Capital Management
  • Documented success in driving revenue growth across an existing customer base
  • Experience selling to C-level executives, particularly CHROs
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
