Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Event Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and up-sells
  • Present product and service information to corporate accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar software
  • Experience in the SaaS/technology/hospitality space is a plus
