Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Event Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and up-sells
- Present product and service information to corporate accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar software
- Experience in the SaaS/technology/hospitality space is a plus
