Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager for Event Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close sales opportunities, including contract renewals and up-sells
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client accounts
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- High degree of computer literacy is a must
- Experience in selling or managing accounts in the SaaS/technology/hospitality space is a plus
