Job Summary

Identifying and closing sales opportunities, the fully remote Account Manager, Event Solutions will manage client relationships, focusing on contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and up-sells
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role
  • Experience in selling CRM or CMS systems, or related services
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar software
  • Experience in the SaaS/technology or hospitality industry is a plus
