Job Summary
Identifying and closing sales opportunities, the fully remote Account Manager, Event Solutions will manage client relationships, focusing on contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and up-sells
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role
- Experience in selling CRM or CMS systems, or related services
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar software
- Experience in the SaaS/technology or hospitality industry is a plus
