Job Summary
To support market expansion in Poland and Romania, the full-time remote Account Manager - Field Sales will develop strategic sales plans, build customer relationships, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the CEE region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects through regular communication and visits
- Manage the sales pipeline, execute prospecting activities, and provide consultative sales support for SolarWinds products
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or software solutions industry
- Strong understanding of Observability, network management, and database portfolio products
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Mandatory experience of 5 years at a software vendor and proficiency in Polish
