Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience with renewals and expansions in a quota-responsible role
  • Familiarity with financial crime compliance or related domains
  • Proficient with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with competing priorities
