Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~70+ financial institution accounts, focusing on renewals and expansions
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs
• Drive renewal execution and identify upsell opportunities to achieve quota targets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
• Experience with renewals and expansions in a quota-responsible role
• Familiarity with financial crime compliance or related domains
• Proficient with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
• Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with competing priorities
