Account Manager for AI Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (AI Data & Localization).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts from onboarding to delivery, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client goals into actionable plans
• Track and report on client health, growth opportunities, and upcoming needs across programs

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in localization project management or AI data services
• Proven success in managing multiple client programs and driving outcomes independently
• Experience preparing quotes and managing project financials
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
• Must have full-time availability aligned with Pacific or Eastern Time (US) business hours
