Job Summary
Managing key client relationships, the remote Account Manager for the Asian Market will oversee client integrations, act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, and ensure service delivery meets established KPIs and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts and participate in new client integrations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and support
- Monitor service quality and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English (C1-C2)
- 2+ years of experience in account management or related roles in customer support, BPO, or SaaS
- Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports
- Proficiency with CRM and support platforms such as Zendesk or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for account growth
