Job Summary
Managing key client relationships, the remote Account Manager for the Asian Market will oversee client integrations, act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, and ensure that support processes meet established KPIs and SLAs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts and participate in new client integrations
- Monitor service quality and performance, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards
- Analyze key metrics and gather client feedback to drive actionable improvements
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English (C1-C2)
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a related role within customer support, BPO, or SaaS industries
- Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports
- Proficiency with CRM and support platforms such as Zendesk or HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset with strategic account growth capabilities
