Job Summary
Supporting the centralized Congress Hub workstream across Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience, the full-time Account Manager for Congress Hubs will manage timelines, materials, and finances while ensuring successful congress execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Congress Hub, ensuring smooth execution from planning to post-congress reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients during congress hub kickoff and status calls
- Oversee financial tasks related to congress activities, including budgeting, invoicing, and forecasting
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in publications and congress-related work, with knowledge of key dates and compliance
- Strong budget and financial management skills, including invoicing and forecasting
- Client-facing experience with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
