Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Account Manager for Eye Care will manage and expand relationships within an assigned territory, focusing on upselling and cross-selling software solutions and services to existing customers in the ophthalmology and optometry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage designated territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Promote and sell additional product lines such as MIPS tools, RCM services, extra licenses, credit card processing, and conversion solutions to enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Conduct virtual demos, presentations, and consultations to showcase product benefits and address customer pain points
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS or software solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through upselling and cross-selling
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
