Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Franchise Development) to manage client relationships and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships to promote retention and growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their expectations and strategies
- Forecast and track key account metrics while ensuring engagement meets company margin goals
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency supporting franchise clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search and SEO
- Experience with B2B and B2C clients, particularly in franchise development or multi-location marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and build rapport with clients
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to business development opportunities
