Account Manager for Health Plans

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Account Manager for Health Plans will develop trusted relationships with customers, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate client meetings to enhance customer experience and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains trusted advisor relationships with customers to enhance experience and retention
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient delivery of customer service and benefit solutions
• Facilitates client meetings and manages the implementation of new benefit changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related area, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or the healthcare industry
• 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience in critical thinking, prioritization, and relationship building
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
