Account Manager for Master QC

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Master QC.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client orders, ensuring QC clearance and delivery readiness
• Act as the primary liaison for studio and production partners, managing status, schedules, and outcomes
• Monitor asset readiness, manage rejection processes, and drive cross-functional alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, post-production, media distribution, or digital content operations
• Bachelor's degree in film/TV production, digital media, or a related field preferred
• Strong familiarity with the digital supply chain and Master QC workflows
• Experience with ticketing or incident management systems
• In-depth knowledge of audio/video formats and electronic delivery best practices
