Account Manager for Non-QM Loans

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Wholesale Nonqm).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely movement from submission through funding
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and borrowers, facilitating communication throughout the loan lifecycle
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, coordinating with relevant parties to obtain outstanding documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of mortgage experience, preferably in Non-QM loan processing or account management
• Proven success in managing a loan pipeline from submission to funding
• Strong understanding of Non-QM products and guidelines
• Experience with Lending QB/Meridian Link is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and mortgage loan origination systems
