Job Summary

Driving revenue growth within a portfolio of nonprofit clients, the full-time Account Manager for Nonprofits will build relationships, manage renewals and expansions, and provide consultative support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of nonprofit clients, serving as their primary sales contact and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by driving renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, while developing strategic account plans
  • Conduct discovery to understand client needs and present tailored solutions to improve fundraising and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success, preferably in the nonprofit sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, including comfort with presentations and relationship building
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technology
