Job Summary
Transforming newly signed and existing clients into high-performing partners, the full-time Account Manager for Payments will manage client relationships, optimize ROI through performance analysis, and lead onboarding processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop existing and new accounts into mutually beneficial partnerships by aligning products with client business goals
- Lead the payments-focused onboarding process for new clients and ensure technical setups are flawless
- Present product upgrades and translate client needs into structured feedback for continuous platform improvement
Required qualifications
- 2 years+ experience in the iGaming industry in a customer-facing or account management role
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- B2 English level with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Basic experience with CRM/BI tools and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Basic technical understanding of web services and the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus
